6 Practices to Bring Your Body into Your Healing Journey

This course includes 6 Trauma Centre Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) practices that focus on inviting you to notice the felt sense of your own body to inform if/how you decide to move through the modified hatha yoga forms.

These practices facilitate the restoration of your mind/body connection, helping you to feel more positive and empowered in your body, mind, and your life. 

The videos are guided by Julie Long and vary in length from 6-20 minutes. Feel free to practice them all in sequence or you're welcome to practice whatever video you prefer.
